- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then place three noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the turkey mixture, and a third of the mozzarella.
- Repeat layers and finish with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, add vegetables like spinach or zucchini in the layers.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
