  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing giblets and patting dry.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and thyme.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with foil.
