A delicious and healthy twist on the classic Zuppa Toscana, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a wholesome meal.

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add the chicken broth, potatoes, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the kale and chicken ham, cooking until the kale is wilted.
