  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir until the vegetables are wilted.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  5. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet, crumble it into the mixture, and stir everything together.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
  • This dish can be made gluten-free by using tamari instead of soy sauce.
