  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 English muffins, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the English muffin pieces, turkey bacon, and cheese.
