  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter.
  • If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk to reach desired consistency.
