  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the rolled oats in a blender until they form a fine flour.
  2. Add the ripe bananas, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and honey to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the pancake batter, using about 1/4 cup per pancake.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
