Instructions

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks in two bowls.
  2. In the bowl with egg yolks, add milk and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture gently.
  5. Mix in the flour and baking powder until just combined.
