  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  5. Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Add lemon slices and parsley on top of the salmon.
