  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the steaks and cook to your desired level of doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
