Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve the steaks topped with the Parmesan cream sauce.
