  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the steaks.
  4. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
  5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
  6. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  9. Slice the rested steaks and drizzle the sauce over the top before serving.
