  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for another minute.
  4. Mix in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Open biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  6. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold over.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
