- 2 pounds ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
