Delicious ham and cheese hand pies perfect for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 roll refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles.
  3. Place ham and cheese on one half of each circle.
  4. Fold over and seal the edges.
  5. Brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add mustard or herbs to the filling.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen.
