High Protein Pancake Sausage Mini

Deliciously easy high protein pancakes with a turkey bacon twist, perfect for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk and egg to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
