  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
