- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm the milk and butter until melted, then add to dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough, spread cinnamon and brown sugar on top, and roll into a log.
- Cut the log into rolls and place them in a baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare icing and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
