Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm. Add yeast and let it sit until frothy.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
