  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Mix in the cooked macaroni, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
