Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  3. Add egg yolks and blend in flour and cornstarch until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a lined cake pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
