Keto Deviled Egg Salad

A delicious and easy Keto deviled egg salad made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, then cool and peel them.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it up.
  3. In a bowl, mash the eggs and mix in the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add the chicken ham and turkey bacon to the egg mixture.
  5. Stir in chives, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  6. Serve chilled, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
