Layered Pumpkin Tiramisu

A delicious layered pumpkin tiramisu that adds a festive twist to the classic dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 cup ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Prepare coffee and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers quickly in coffee and layer at the bottom of a dish.
  4. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers and pumpkin mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, adjust sugar to your preference.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
