Loaded Potato Salad

A creamy and indulgent twist on traditional potato salad topped with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooled potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, and cheese to the mixing bowl.
  4. Toss gently until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
