- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cups macaroni
- 3 cups cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
