- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
