Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, and stir to coat.
  6. Fold in the feta cheese gently.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
