- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
