- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and shape the meat around it to form a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are done, serve them hot with marinara sauce.
