- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos for topping
