- 12 ounces ziti pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add marinara sauce and stir until warmed.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, fontina, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add cooked ziti to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the ziti mixture to a baking dish and top with extra mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
