One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

This rich and creamy garlic pasta is made in one pot for easy clean-up and features flavorful turkey bacon for a delicious twist.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in pasta, chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Top with chopped parsley and bacon before serving.
