Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken tenders with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
