  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour small amounts of batter to form poppers.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
  7. Repeat until all batter is cooked.
