Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: Place flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
