  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, crushed tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
