2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, turkey bacon, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Notes
For an extra cheesy version, add more cheddar cheese on top before baking.
You can substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon for a richer flavor.
