- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- In another bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
