Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, orange juice, sugar, oil, and egg.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill muffin cups with the batter and sprinkle streusel topping on each.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
