  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add in the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, chicken broth, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the milk mixture into the pot and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until thickened.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir to combine.
