- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add in the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, chicken broth, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the milk mixture into the pot and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until thickened.
