200 grams all-purpose flour
100 grams unsalted butter
150 grams granulated sugar
3 large eggs
150 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 grams raspberry jam
200 grams dark chocolate
100 grams desiccated coconut
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
Sift together the flour and baking powder, then fold into the mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Once baked, let the cake cool completely before cutting it into squares.
Fill each square with raspberry jam, then dip in melted chocolate.
Roll the chocolate-covered squares in desiccated coconut and let set.
Notes
For added flavor, you can use fresh raspberries in the filling.
