  • 10 sheets rice paper
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add chicken ham, cabbage, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling on each rice paper sheet and roll tightly.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan and cook the dumplings on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms or tofu.
