Roasted Pumpkin with Yogurt Sauce and Pine Nuts

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into wedges and remove the seeds.
  3. Toss the pumpkin with olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
