  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add salmon and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and flake into pieces.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and salmon back into the skillet, and toss to combine.
  8. Serve immediately.
