- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture into the crust, layer half of the apples, then the rest of the cheesecake mixture, and top with remaining apples.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set. Allow to cool before serving.
