Salted Caramel Apple Pie Cheesecake Recipe

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake, spiced apples, and rich salted caramel, perfect for fall.

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture into the crust, layer half of the apples, then the rest of the cheesecake mixture, and top with remaining apples.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a honey or brown sugar for the apples.
  • Serve with extra salted caramel sauce on the side.
