Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add crab meat and vegetables, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil and top with green onions before serving.
