  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Stir in the rice and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, mix well, and bring to a simmer.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
