  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garlic, butter, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Add the baby potatoes around the beef.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
