2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
8 ounces rice noodles
Instructions
Place the beef in the slow cooker and add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the beef is tender.
Shred the beef with two forks and mix it back with the sauce.
Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions, then add to the beef mixture.
