  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the beef in the slow cooker and add soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, onion, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Pour in the beef broth and combine well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef and shred it with two forks.
  5. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
